What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to send us, which is normally your name, organisation, email address and the details of your enquiry. This website does not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and it does not build a profile of visitors.
Why we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, to scope and deliver work you ask us to do, and to keep ordinary business records. We do not sell personal data and we do not add enquiry contacts to a marketing list without a clear request.
Legal basis
Where you contact us about possible work, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or on the steps necessary to enter into a contract. Where we hold records for accounting or legal reasons, we rely on our legal obligations.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept only as long as they are useful, and normally no more than twelve months. Records relating to engagements are kept for as long as required for contractual, tax and legal purposes.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email andy@reinventives.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
