In a 30-minute scoping call we identify the reporting question, the data boundary, the deadline and the likely shape of the work. Where there is a fit, you receive a written scope with outputs, timing, review points, responsibilities and fee before anything starts.

Can you work alongside our existing consultant?
Yes. Work can sit alongside an internal team or another adviser, adding construction data experience and delivery capacity.
