Project and ongoing support
Some requirements suit a defined piece of work. Others need experienced capacity for a period. This is time agreed in advance, spent inside your team on the reporting and data work in front of it, alongside your existing staff and advisers.
Three parallel choices
Choose the shape that fits
Defined project
A development, a refurbishment programme or a data project with a defined scope and end point.
Responsibilities. Andy delivers the agreed outputs against a written scope.
Outputs. The named deliverable for that project, for example a dataset, a footprint or a review.
Deadline support
Additional capacity through a reporting cycle, an audit request or a bid, coordinated around the deadline you are already working to.
Responsibilities. Andy works alongside your team to meet the date without dropping evidence quality.
Outputs. The completed submission, report or response, with its evidence trail intact.
Recurring monthly support
An agreed number of days each month covering the reporting calendar, data owners, supplier requests and management information.
Responsibilities. Andy runs or supports the reporting cycle each month against the agreed scope.
Outputs. Updated reporting, supplier data and management information on the agreed calendar.
Andy and client roles
Who does what
Andy coordinates data requests, evidence checks, reporting drafts, controls and agreed delivery. You retain your records and system access, key decisions and approval. A written scope sets the review points, the end date or renewal, and the handover.
Written scope
Agreed before work starts
The scope, agreed inputs, outputs and review points are set out in writing before work starts.
Where a client wants a platform behind the reporting cycle, we are partnering with TrackZero and can configure and run the work there alongside your team.
This support sits alongside internal teams and existing consultants. It is not an assurance or certification role.
Handover
What is written down as we go
Method, assumptions, sources and open items are recorded against the agreed outputs, so the work can be picked up by your team. The method and handover note is an illustrative structure showing that format.
